PPG Alloy wheel basecoat range is an OEM water based basecoat, part of a
3 stage system designed for alloy wheel refurbishment, requires heating before
diamond cutting if applied at low temperatures.:-
Can be used for hanging or Track systems, can be applied to powder coat primer at 100c or below and then powder clear coated.
